and its employees hereby:
Acknowledge
the natural beauty and wonder of the geography, the flora and fauna, of
Alabama, Georgia and the Southeastern United States at large, and in
doing so, we clearly recognize that there exists intrinsic value in the
natural environment of the areas we serve which transcends its economic
value;
Recognize
the high value of the health and well-being of the people of Alabama and
Georgia in their pursuit of a fulfilling lifestyle;
Declare a
commitment to strive to reflect these values as we manage all our
affairs, particularly in the providing of pest control services;
Recognize
that when we use pesticides, they, while valuable when used correctly,
carry a potential for hazard to both the natural environment and to
public health and that this is one of the primary reasons we have been
set apart as licensed professionals; therefore, we declare a commitment
to the informed, conscientious, and judicious use of these products;
Declare a
commitment to the creative implementation of meaningful Integrated Pest
Management.

greatly appreciate the trust that you and our other customers have
placed in us, and we will protect that trust by continuing to respect
the privacy of all our customers even if our formal customer
relationship ends.
Having clear
and accurate information on our customers is paramount to us providing
quality professional services to our customers.
It is
important for you to know that in order to ensure that our customers
receive the very best service and the highest quality product, Morris
Pest Control, Inc collects demographic information (like your name,
address, telephone number) and other information related to you and your
account(s) with us. This information comes either directly from you,
from service agreements, transactions on your account or other public
domain sources.
Because some
of the information we gather is not publicly available, we take great
care to ensure that this information is kept safe from unauthorized
access, and we will not share the information in violation of any
regulation or law. However, we are required to report certain customer
information to regulatory agencies, and/or certain product manufactures
in performance of our work. Morris Pest Control, Inc does not sell or
share customer information with third parties such as solicitation
services, spam mailers or other like or associated services.
Health
Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
Morris Pest Control, Inc does not collect information pertaining to
specific patients, their treatment or other information that may be
deemed to fall within HIPAA. However, in the performance of our work in
healthcare facilities we do collect routine information pertaining to
the facility, its structures and grounds, and facility contact
information.
Morris Pest
Control, Inc diligently maintains physical, electronic and procedural
safeguards that comply with applicable federal standards to guard your
private personal information and to assist us in preventing unauthorized
access to that information. |

Article I
Each employee
of Morris Pest Control Inc shall provide treatments and services to
his/her clients in a professional manner: informing customers openly
and honestly of the consequences to health and property of potential and
existing pest infestations: and prescribing corrective and preventive
measures that are in accordance with the latest provisional standards of
the industry in a manner that conforms with all good business practices.
Article II
Each employee
shall endeavor to be informed of all laws, proposed legislation, and the
government regulations pertaining to a pest control business in the
areas they serve in order to perform his/her services and advise
customer properly.
Article III
It is the
duty of each employee to protect the public against fraud,
misrepresentation and unethical practices in his/her community which
could be damaging to the public or bring discredit to the pest control
industry.
Article IV
Employees
shall avoid exaggeration, misrepresentation, or concealment of any
pertinent facts and he/she has an affirmative obligation to practice
fairness, frankness and honesty, in all advertising and all business
transactions.
Article V
Employees
shall not deny equal professional services to any person for reasons of
race, creed, sex or country of national origin.
Article VI
Employees
shall provide a level of competent service in keeping with current
applicable sciences and standards of practice in those fields in which
he/she customarily engages. This is not limited to, but includes the
NPCA Good Practice Statements and the recommendations of the Alabama and
Georgia Professional Standards and Ethics Committee.
Article VII
Employees
shall not undertake to provide specialized professional services which
are outside the companies or his/her field of competence unless he/she
engages the assistance of one who is competent in such services, or
unless the facts are fully disclosed to the client.
